   Well based on my experience, Staffs rendered a best service, a day kasi before ng appointment ko sa cardio, they notify/remind me through text na dadating yung doctor, (Dr. Daet). Also yung staffs sa reception and mga nurse sa nurse station is very friendly and accommodating. Also during treadmill ko di ako pinabayaan ng nurse, he offer me a glass of water and a towel. If my rating to I will give Borough a 5 star.

   Yung Borough clinic na ngayon nasa 6th fl na, ay grabe! Pls.kung ayaw nyong maubos ang pera nyo o gumastos sa walang kawawaan, wag na wag kayong pupunta sa clinic nato. Hahanapan ka ng problema sa health mo ultimo sakit lang ng ulo gagawing malala at sasabihin na gawin mo yung ganitong test, na kung saan ay hindi mo naman kelangan. Tapos, pahihirapan ka sa appointment, sasabihin yung sched ng doktor pero pagtawag o pagpunta mo wala palang doctor para tumingin sayo. Meron pang isang babaeng doktor dyan na imbis tulungan ka, lelektyuran ka pa na akala mo teacher at akala mo kung sinong magaling. Hihingi kalang ng clearance, pinahaba haba pa ang diskusyon yun pala irerefer kadin sa ibang espesyalista. Wala silang pakialam na gamutin ang pasyente nila, basta sa kanila, it’s all about business. They are only after your money. Hindi nila alam yung mga salitang compassion, care, at lalong lalo na yung TLC. They are a living nightmare!!!

     Sorry to hear about your experience pero in my own experience in Borough Eastwood wala naman akong na-experience like yours even when I was pregnant back then and had an infection.
     Not all doctors are the same. Maybe thru those lectures and prescriptions can help save a life.
     Maybe by the time you had an appointment, an emergency came up, well we don’t know but it can happen.

   I am trying to call their contact numbers for me to schedule a client. It’s true that they are not answering the call. I will write to our HR to stop contracting them as one our our affiliates in our medical underwriting.

   yung isang nurse jan sa borough na lalake pag tatawag ka para magpavalidate ng med cert. sounds as if he is really annoyed kasi may tumawag.. hindi nakakatuwa i’ll post his name pag nakausap ko ulit sya na ganun.. mga tao jan ayaw ng phone calls nilalapag or di sinasagot minsan…

   It is very very hard to validate a medical certificate. Everytime I am dialing their contact numbers, no one answering and sometimes they answering it but putting it down or hanged it up for awhile. It’s been days now since I am calling them.
