   Good day Sir/Madame,
   Just asking..is it the usual practice of the REACTIVE located near LAPU2 CITY HALL to not issue a receipt during transactions of payment such as Chest XRAY,blood extactions etc.because we are experiencing this…Basically,they should give a receipt whenever services,lab tests etc. be made.
   Hope this concern will reach to the Top Management..Thank You
