    Hirap po tumawag sa Sta Lucia na Medical City. I was dialing from our landline sa isa nilang number and the other one from my cellphone ng sabay pareho walang sagot talaga. It took me more than two hours to dial all the numbers indicated to no avail. I also called their number sa main and they gave me all the local numbers wala pa din sumagot bukod sa last na local number ng Sta Lucia Clinic which is the Hemodialysis Unit. A staff from that Hemo Unit nagmagandang loob na pumunta na lang sa reception to inquire the schedule of the doctor for me. Ayon! 12-3pm sched ng doctor. So 2pm na kaya di na kami abot dahil cutoff na daw? Why not do something on this! Naglagay pa kayo ng numbers di naman nakocontact. It was raining kaya I need to know if dadating ba ang dictor kasi sometimes di dumadating ang doctor. So paano malalaman pag ganyan!

    lahat ng contact numbers na naka-indicate dito not accessible!! Bakit ganun? I called up The Medical City Main, they gave me the same numbers…. How is this when you tell your patients to call first before going to check the availability of the doctors.
