   I was referred to you by Dr. Simon Flores of Silliman University Medical Center, Dumaguete. I have had a mild balance disorder for the past 1–2 years and would like to inquire about the duration and cost of an initial examination.
   As I am based in Dumaguete and will need to travel to Cebu, I would appreciate information on available appointment dates, how many days the examination would require, indicative cost, and when results are typically released, so I can plan accordingly.
