   I am a American living here. I am a 80 year old man of American desent. my eyes get blurry some times, Ive been told for 40 years now that I have Caterracks. I wear gasses. Im a diabetic, Type 11 , I also take medicine for an enlarged Prostate. I take medicine for that. I have bad lungs sense 2005 I have to slep with oxygen. I only require oxygen if I am put to sleep , or sleeping. Can you give me an approximate cost to have the cheapest prosedure ? Thank you
