   Food day po Ma’am/ Sir,,ask ko lang po about sa medical result ko noong last week,,may kulang daw po ako sabi ng Ampleon Hr…anu po ba yun? nag ask po ako sa nurse nyo po kung ok na ba lahat ..ang sabi po nya ok na,,bago ako nag exit sa clinic nyo..
